Jennifer Terry is a junior undergraduate student at Coastal Carolina University. She is from Lancaster, South Carolina, but lives in Conway most of the year, where she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with friends. Jennifer is an English major with a minor in Creative Writing and has a passion for writing in multiple genres, one of her newest being blogging. As of Fall 2021, she currently serves as an intern for the Atheneum Press, working on the Gullah Geechee Cultural Conservation’s website and content creation. Through her work with this project, Jennifer has had the opportunity to learn more about the Gullah Geechee communities and their impacts not only locally, but nationally.
